Refund policy

•Training courses are non refundable. If you are unable to attend class on a specific date you may exchange that seat for another class/date. You are only allowed one exchange. If you are unable to attend the new class/date, you will forfeit your purchase.  You can transfer your purchase to allow someone else to attend in your place but that needs to be coordinated by contacting us through the contact us page.
